First: YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! I watched a billion hours of TV yesterday. Dennis and I toasted at noon. There is work to be done, now, but I finally feel confident in our leaders to actually DO it.

Second:

Dennis and I are applying for a mortgage in two weeks. Buying a house is a scary thing. The fact that my bank may possibly be actually lending us money to do it is even more scary. We've been looking at houses for ages but soon we will actually know what we can afford and we'll have to make some big, serious, decisions about what we want and where we want to live.

I'll keep you posted.. and of course, host a great housewarming party once we move!
