Dear New Neighbors Downstairs,
Please find something else to do besides playing Guitar Hero. You have been playing for 3 days straight. It's a beautiful weekend. Go outside. Take a drive. Take a walk! Just step away from the god damned video game.
If you still feel you MUST play. If you simply cannot tear the controller from your hands, at least turn it the hell down! The rest of us in the building don't need to hear it.
